HE PLAYS KEY ROLE IN SEED SECTOR OF VIETNAM AS WELL AS PRACTICES TOWARD FUTURE TRENDS SUCH GREEN, DIGITAL, BIOLOGICAL/CULTURAL ECONOMY

Vietnam National Plant Genebank is currently a national coordinator of Plant Genetic Resources Conservation and Use for food and agriculture in Vietnam. He is managing 45,000 accessions of 450 crop species and CWRs. At the same time, he is establishing and managing in-situ sites over across whole Vietnam territory. He is not only in-situ conservation through various and flexible approaches but genebank could build back resilience and diversity of agro-ecologies in participatory stakeholders and PPPs (breeding and seed sector) to solve challenges of agro-biodiversity, climate change, food, nutrition, health, landscape, environment, emission in agriculture and employment.
