General performance
Details
Yes, absolutely. The state of the ecosystem in the area improves dramatically, while a much healthier production system develops. The harvest is guaranteed every year, and in achieving this, recovering natural processes increasingly play the main role.
Unintended positive side effects of practice
Details
The recreational effects. Exercise also has a positive effect on our human health: just think of the proven positive health effects of birdsong.
Unintended negative side effect of practice
Details
So far, I can't report any negative effects.
Knowledge and skills required for practice
Details
I think not. Rather, the acquisition of correct practice and the expansion of natural knowledge.
Labour required for practice
Details
As long as the natural processes are restored, work is required depending on the starting point. Some places have more, some have less. But when we restore the local ecosystem, the system needs much less external influence, so there will be much less work with it.
Cost associated with practice
Details
Since we avoid all chemicals, fertilizers and other inappropriate tools, the cost is much lower. The tools (e.g. birdhouses) are made from recycled materials or waste materials, and other tools and raw materials for our daily use on the farm are also out of circulation.
Does it work in degraded environments?
Details
Yes. It takes years to heal the wounds of the landscape, but the improvement is continuous.
Does it help restore land?
Details
Absolute. The entire collaboration model is built on this restoration task.
Climate change vulnerability effects
Details
Fully. The state of the ecosystem improves, environmental conditions improve, natural interactions develop, biodiversity indicators improve, and the entire cycle becomes more balanced.
Time requirements
Details
Yes. Depending on the starting point, it takes years to improve. In our case, the fifth year brought the spectacular improvement, which has been continuous ever since.
