Beta Blockers PLC is a pioneering initiative based in Addis Ababa and Burayu, Ethiopia. Our focus is on agroecologically produced raw materials like carrot, spinach, avocados, cereals (Barley), and pulses (Faba Bean), sourced from local farmers. We are committed to promoting sustainability and health through affordable and accessible nutritious products for children and lactating women, addressing challenges posed by climate change and undernourishment. Our recent participation in the YALTA( Youth in Agroecology Learning Business Track Africa) Initiative's Regional Summit and the 1st Agroecological Market System Expo 2022 reflects our dedication to inspiring youth and advocating for greater engagement in agriculture.

My dream for the future of Beta Blockers is to see our agroecology-based practices flourishing not only in Addis Ababa and Burayu but expanding to various cities, promoting sustainable and healthy agriculture. I envision a resilient food system that empowers young people, addresses climate change challenges, and ensures affordable, nutritious products for vulnerable groups. Participating in events like the Agroecology TPP will further propel us toward this vision.
