Summary description of agroecological practice
Have majorly deployed the principle of diversity both at crop and animal level. Through this principle we have been able to produce most of the inputs at the farm like seed, organic manure and pestcides. Mulches are also being harvested withn the farm.
Secondaly, we have made stractures to help us conserve the soils and water at the farm.
Implementing the practice
We follow weekly work plans. The overall commander is the AGroecology Advisor. All innovations by staff begins with a concept which the advisor approves.
Why you use and what you expect from this practice?
Readly available row material from the farm. This reduces costs from external inputs but also guarantees safety as we know what we use.
