Caroline Otieno

I practice farming in Kenya, Homabay County, Ruri-East Sub-Location. I major in maize, groundnuts and beans farming. I also practice sheep rearing.
I practice intercropping mot of the seasons as this helps with getting variety of harvests at once, it also maximizes on utilization of land space and most importantly, it has helped me with controlling soil erosion on my farm.

I practice mixed farming, crops and livestock for consumption and commercial purposes

To expand more on my crop farming for sustainability. I have identified another farm for expansion of the practice.
